Please contact me if there are any changes to your child's health status or their medications.  I am here to provide the best care possible for your child.

TO REPORT suspected child or adult physical and sexual abuse, neglect, and/or mental injury,
call Carroll County Department of Social Services at 410-386-3434 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

ALL medications must be brought to school by an adult in its original container with a completed medication consent form (see link to forms below).  Students may bring the following items to school: 

  • Saline solution for contacts
  • Non-medicated throat drops
  • Sunscreen  
  • Hand lotion
  • Wrapped anti-bacterial hand wipes

IMPORTANT - 7th Grade Students

In order to begin the school year 2021-2022, all 7th grade students are required to have:
1 dose of Tdap vaccine
1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine
If your child does not have proof of these vaccinations, they will be excluded from school.  Please check with your physician to schedule these vaccinations prior to the start of the school year.
