Sandy Rohwein is originally from the state of Washington. She is a graduate of Western Washington University, located in Bellingham, WA and moved to Maryland in 1994 and Carroll County in 2001. This is her fifth year at Outdoor School. She lives in New Windsor with her husband, four children, three dogs and two cats. She enjoys trail riding and fox hunting her Nokota pony as well as running, swimming, sewing and reading.

Justin Rieger grew up in Carroll County, he remembers and loved every moment of his experience at Carroll County Outdoor School. He is a graduate of Francis Scott Key High School and is so excited for his first year at Outdoor School. He enjoys traveling, backpacking, playing sports, and reading!
