Important Title I Documents:

Each year Title I parents and Taneytown Elementary staff work together
to create a parent involvement plan for the school year.
Together they determine the types of parent involvement activities that will
best meet the needs of families of students identified for Title I services.
These parent involvement activities may include activities such as . . .

math and reading materials to use at home

parent workshops

math and reading family nights

parent / school communication

home visits

parent resource materials

Each school year, Title I parents and Taneytown Elementary staff
work together to create a Home-School learning compact.
This compact outlines how parents, staff, and students will work together
to improve student achievement and create meaningful partnerships.
