Carroll County Public Schools' mediation process is a restorative justice process used to resolve conflicts. This process resolves conflicts quickly and effectively in a safe place and reduces reoccurring offenses. The benefit of participating in a mediation process empowers students and families to resolve their own conflict in a peaceful and respectful way. This process also assists with building community relationships. There are trained facilitators who are experienced in the organizing process to conduct a mediation process.
