We educate English learners, equip their teachers, and empower their families.
An English learner in CCPS is a PreK-12 student whose home language is not English
and meets a few other program requirements.
The ESOL Program in Carroll County Public Schools has experienced dramatic growth
over the past 5 years. Our student population has increased to approximately
400 English learners from many different languages, cultures and countries. Our team
currently includes ESOL Resource Teachers and ESOL Tutors.
