Mr. Jason Anderson joins the Carroll County Public School System as the Executive Director of School Performance, Equity and Accountability since arriving from Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Maryland.  Mr. Anderson has over 22 years of experience in education, serving in both the public and private sector. His experiences range from building-level administration to district level leadership where he held the role of Executive Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Innovation for the Frederick County Public School System, Maryland. In addition to his public service, Mr. Anderson served as Vice President of District Solutions for the internationally known learning company, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Here Mr. Anderson worked closely with school systems across the country developing comprehensive solutions to enhance academic achievement and was responsible for working closely in managing business partnerships with companies such as Google, Apple, CDW, and City Year in order to develop contemporary solutions for school systems across the country.

Mr. Anderson will be responsible for bolstering CCPS efforts and services pertaining to Equity, Title I, ESOL, Interpretive Services, Community Outreach and Business Partnerships.
