To submit a request for a new bus stop or to modify an existing stop, please click the link below to access our editable Bus Stop Request Form.

Important: If you're completing the form electronically, you must use Adobe Reader. Submissions opened in third-party applications—such as PDF Expert or Xodo PDF may become corrupted and unreadable, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to process them.

Once you've completed the form, please return it to the Transportation Services Department via email or U.S. mail. After your submission is received, an area supervisor will review your request and provide a decision within 45 days.
