Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) cannot provide technical support for Microsoft 365. 
This service is provided by Microsoft as part of the CCPS agreement with the company. 
The service is offered to you because you are a student or an employee of CCPS.

If you require support to download Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Professional Plus,
please see "Contacting Microsoft Technical Support" below. 

If you are unable to access Microsoft Office 365 from a personal device, please complete the following steps:

  • Attempt to log in to Microsoft 365 from a CCPS computer.
    • If successful, then the problem resides with your personal device.  Please see "Contacting Microsoft Technical Support" below.
    • If unsuccessful, notify your teacher and/or Media Specialist, who will open a support ticket on your behalf.

Contacting Microsoft Technical Support

You will need to indicate that you are from the " tenant".  
You will also be asked to provide your full CCPS email address.
