Instructional Technology

The vision for Instructional Technology in Carroll County Public Schools is for all students to be empowered to be active participants in their learning through authentic digital learning opportunities. Students will think critically, work collaboratively, and be creative in order to construct knowledge while demonstrating responsible digital citizenship.
