To determine your placement on the CCPS Career Ladder for FY25, please refer to the attached MOU and Career Ladder Crosswalk.
Changes in an educator's salary classification due to the completion of a degree or certification requirements are made twice a year. It is the responsibility of the educator to request the reclassification.
1. When salary upgrade requirements are submitted to Human Resources between May 1 and October 31, the upgrade in classification is processed on the first pay of the school year.
2. When salary upgrade requirements are submitted to Human Resources between November 1 and April 30, the upgrade in classification is processed on the mid-year pay.
