Staff enrolled in this course will participate in real-world, school-based activities and projects designed to increase their knowledge and ability to provide leadership that promotes students achievement and continuous improvement. School-based administrative theory and research will be applied throughout the course. This course is designed for individuals who are interested in applying for CCPS administrative positions in the next 1-2 years. This course runs annually.
Pre-requisites: Aspiring Leaders Course or instructor approval. Administrator I Certification is preferred but not required for enrollment in this course.
