Special Education Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC)
The Carroll County SECAC is a committee established by Carroll County Public Schools to seek meaningful input from parents, community partners, service providers, educators, and administrators on local issues about the achievement of students with disabilities. This collaboration enables the director of special education to make positive changes in the delivery of special education services. If you have concerns and desire to bring about positive change please consider becoming an active member in this constructive process. Dates for this year's meetings are September 29, 2016, November 17, 2016, February 9, 2017, and April 20, 2017. A snow date of June 1, 2016 is planned if needed.
The next SECAC meeting will be November 17, 2017 from 12:30 pm until 3:00 pm at the Non-Profit Building, 255 Clifton Boulevard. We hope you are able to join us.
