Special Education Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC)
The Carroll County SECAC is a committee established by Carroll County Public Schools to seek meaningful input from parents, community partners, service providers, educators, and administrators on local issues about the achievement of students with disabilities. This collaboration enables the director of special education to make positive changes in the delivery of special education services. If you have concerns and desire to bring about positive change please consider becoming an active member in this constructive process. Dates for this year's meetings are September 14, 2017, November 9, 2017, February 8, 2018, April 12, 2018, and May 31, 2018.
Our next SECAC meeting is Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 7:00 pm to 9:00pm at the Non-Profit Building, 255 Clifton Blvd. Hope you can join us!
