The following are resources available to Carroll County Public Schools' employees:

 

Address/Name Changes – employees may change address information through the Employee Access Center icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.  Name changes, and address changes, can be completed on the Change Form accessible on Payroll’s Forms and Helpful Links page of the website.

Benefits – employees eligible for benefits can access benefit information on the Benefits page of our website.

Bullying, Harassment or Intimidation – employees experiencing bullying, harassment or intimidation from another CCPS employee can complete a Bullying, Harassment or Intimidation report through the eForms icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.  Once inside the eForms program, click on Staff Bullying & Harassment.

Email – employees can access CCPS email through the Office 365 icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.

Employee Assistance Program – information on the Employee Assistance Program for CCPS employees is available on our Employee Assistance Program page of the website.

Employee Evaluations – employees can access performance evaluations through the Staff Evaluations icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.

Entering Absences – employees can enter absences through the Absence Management icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.

HR Procedure Manual – employees can access the Human Resources Procedure Manual through the Human Resources Center icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.   Once inside the Human Resources Center, click on Resources from the menu at the top.

Payroll Information – employees can access paystub information, paid leave information, and tax documents through the Employee Access Center icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.

Tuition Reimbursement – employees can access the online Tuition Reimbursement System through the Human Resources Center icon via the Technology Services Web Portal.  Once inside the Human Resources Center, click on Applications from the menu at the top.  Then, click Tuition Reimbursement.  Additional information is also available on the Tuition Reimbursement page of our website.
