​Carroll County Public Schools ( CCPS ) is soliciting competitive bids for the work described below. Unless noted otherwise, all bids shall be delivered to the Purchasing Office, Room 214, Board of Education of Carroll County, 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157.

In compliance with the Governor Hogan’s Executive Order and declaration of a state of emergency in an effort to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19, Carroll County Public Schools are closed starting March 14 and scheduled to reopen on April 27, 2020.  Central Office staff will be telecommuting, and working on a modified scheduled to meet the needs of the business.  All bid solicitations are still due on the specified dates, however instead of submitting bids by mail or other delivery services, bid submittals will only be accepted via e-mail.  Please electronically submit your bid responses on or before the specified date and time to Cindy Reilly, Sr. Buyer – crreill@carrollk12.org and Jenny Yingling, Purchasing Assistant – jlyingl@carrollk12.org .  A hard copy of all bid submittals will be required prior to recommendation for bid award.
