Nancy Codner, C.P.P.B., Supervisor of Purchasing, is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the department, developing policies and procedures, contracts, and training and education around procurement issues. She is also responsible for the following special projects and programs:

 

  • Furniture and equipment
  • Energy de-regulation
  • All contracts
  • Special projects as assigned by the Superintendent

Cindy Reilly, C.P.M., Buyer, is responsible for the following special projects and programs:
 

  • School supply bids, as assigned
  • Disposal of surplus furniture, equipment, material, and supplies
  • Pupil Transportation bus bids, athletic transportation
  • School construction bids and Request for Proposals (RFP's)
  • Coordination of the Purchasing facet of the warehouse operation of the Kessler Building
  • MBE Liaison

Patricia Oliver, Associate Buyer, is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Purchasing Supervisor and Buyers and for the following special projects and programs:
 

  • School Supply bids, as assigned
  • Furniture bid
  • Copier bid
  • School Calendar bid
  • Reconciles inventory and accountability for letterhead and envelopes
  • Troubleshooting/problem solving questions from all cost centers
  • Fixed Assets Inventory
  • Copier management for schools

Jenny Yingling, Secretary III, is responsible for the following:

  • Input of Purchase Orders and filing
  • Other support duties that may be required
  • Assists in Bid Openings
  • Troubleshooting / problem solving procurement and financial problems
  • Business Cards
  • Maintains Department Attendance Register
  • Coordination of Disposal of Obsolete Books
  • Monthly Board Report
