Mission:  To ensure timely payment of goods and services for Carroll County Public Schools in a manner consistent with CCPS and governmental guidelines.

Overview:  The Accounts Payable Office strives to maintain an exceptional level of customer service by paying invoices within 30 days of date of invoice and by being responsive to the changing needs of our internal and external customers. We continually strive to perform our mission with the highest degree of courtesy and efficiency possible.

Checks are processed continually Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Checks are generated every Tuesday morning and mailed no later than Friday. All information must be to Accounts Payable by noon on Monday in order to be included in the check run for that week.
