Citizens wishing to provide information about potential fraud, waste, or abuse of resources in the Carroll County Public School System may do so by one of the following methods:

  • Call the Fraud Hotline at 410-386-1668. All phone calls automatically go to a voice mailbox that is monitored by the Office of Internal Audit on a daily basis.
  • Complete and submit a Fraud Reporting Form online, by mail, by email, or in person.  The form is available on the CCPS website at www.carrollk12.org.  Click on Fraud Reporting on the left side of the homepage.

Citizens may provide contact information or remain anonymous to the extent allowed by law. The Superintendent of Schools reviews the information reported.
