Each year the Carson Scholars Fund recognizes a select group of high achieving students in grades 4-11 who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and humanitarian qualities. First-Time Scholars receive a $1,000 college scholarship award and the coveted honor of being named a Carson Scholar. After winning the scholarship, a student may apply to renew their Carson Scholar status. These previous scholarship recipients have maintained high academic standards and a strong commitment to their communities.

The Carson Scholars from Maryland and the mid-Atlantic area will be honored at the Maryland Awards Banquet on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Martin’s West For more information, please visit the Carson Scholars Fund website at www.carsonscholars.org
