Carroll County Public Schools will host its first ever International Night for middle and high students and their families on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. at the Carroll County Career and Technology Center. The evening will focus on the many opportunities the Center has to offer students.
International families will have the opportunity to tour workshops on many different programs at the Career and Technology Center. There also will be a panel discussion and question and answer session with international students who have graduated from the Career and Technology Center.
Dinner will be available for families at 5:00 p.m. Transportation will be provided from home to the event and daycare will be available.
Dr. Lynne M. Gilli, Assistant State Superintendent, Division of Career and College Readiness, and Family Involvement Specialists Young Chan and Barbara Sherr from the Maryland State Department of Education have been invited as guests for the evening.
