Meal Benefit Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.  With the recent government shutdown, Carroll County Public Schools wants to highlight that households experiencing a decrease in income for ANY reason – government shutdown, lost job, business closure, layoff, seasonal work, furlough, wage earner no longer residing in household – may immediately apply for the Free and Reduced-Priced Meals (FARMs) program. The Food Service Office will determine meal eligibility the same day they receive a completed application.
