Ms. Kenney attended Southern Connecticut University where she received her Bachelor of Science
degree in Special Education and holds a MA in Teaching from Regent University. She also attended Cambridge College where she earned her CAGS in Administration. Ms. Kenney was a teacher in Connecticut and Virginia before moving to Maryland. Prior to her appointment as Principal of Winters Mill she was Department Chair for Special Education and Assistant Principal at Liberty High School.

Ms. Kimbrow received her Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Morgan State College and holds a Master of Science from The Catholic University of America in College Business Management Higher Education. She also attended Towson Univ. and Johns Hopkins Univ, where she earned her certification in school supervision and administration. Prior to her appointment as assistant principal at WMHS, Ms. Kimbrow served as an assistant principal at Westminster HS for six years. While in the BCPS system, Ms. Kimbrow held positions as academic dean; teacher/department chairperson of Business Education/Cooperative Office Experience Coordinator (COE); and Coordinator, Academy of Finance. She has also performed as an administrator and adjunct faculty member at Catonsville Comm. College, and Principal, Adult Education, BCPS. While a teacher in Baltimore County, she was recognized in the “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.”

Mr. Guerra - Assistant Principal attended California University of Pennsylvania where he received his BS in Biology.  He went on to receive an MS in Administration from Western Maryland College, now known as McDaniel College.  Before his appointment to Assistant Principal at WMHS, Mr. Guerra served as an AP at Francis Scott Key H.S.  Prior to that position, Mr. Guerra was a science teacher at Westminster H.S., teaching Human Anatomy, Biology & Chemistry.  While at Westminster, Mr. Guerra was also the boy's track & field coach as well as the freshman boy's basketball coach, and afterward the junior varsity boy's basketball coach.
