| Mr. Kenneth J. Goncz, Principal Mr. Goncz received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and his Master of Education Degree in Secondary School Administration and Supervision from the University of Maryland at College Park. After serving as a teacher, coach and Assistant Principal in Anne Arundel County, Mr. Goncz came to Westminster High School where he served as Assistant Principal for four years. Mr. Goncz was Principal of Winters Mill High School from 2006 until 2008. He returned to Westminster High School as Principal in July of 2008. |
| Ms. Judy Jones, Assistant Principal Students A - HAN Ms. Jones received her Master of Arts degree in Legal and Ethical Studies and her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland. She began teaching social studies in 1993 for Baltimore City Public Schools for 11 years. After obtaining her Administration and Supervision certification from the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, she became an Administrator for one year at the Doris M. Johnson School in Baltimore City. Ms. Jones came to Century High School in Carroll County where she served as an Assistant Principal from 2006-2010. She will continue her role as an Assistant Principal at Westminster High School. |

| Ms. Kirstie Troutman, Academic Facilitator Ms. Troutman received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education of Secondary Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She began teaching math in Carroll County in 1997 at East Middle School. From 2002 to 2010, Ms. Troutman taught at Winters Mill High School where she spent time as a Career Coordinator, SIT Chair and cheerleading coach. Ms. Troutman will be the Academic Facilitator at Westminster High School. |
| Mr. Terry Molloy, Facilities Coordinator/Athletic Director Mr. Molloy received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education K-12 and his Masters of Science in Education degrees from the State University of New York College at Cortland. He served as a Coach Lecturer at Susquehanna University for five years before moving to Maryland where he started his High School teaching and coaching career in public schools in the Frederick County Public School system where he spent seven years before coming to CCPS. He taught Physical Education and coached at WHS for three years before moving into Athletic Administration and becoming the schools Director of Athletics, Activities and Facilities, a position he has held for eight years. |
