Welcome to the Taneytown Elementary Media Center
|
The TES Media Center houses over 12,000 items, including books, magazines, videos, and professional journals. The media center has 9 computers available for student and teacher use. Applications include internet access to online databases for research, word processing, Kidspiration, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Students visit the media center once a week for 30 minutes. In addition to checking out books, students are engaged in a variety of activities designed to strengthen their research and critical thinking skills. |
