The It's Academic Team taped their program at the WJZ TV studio on Saturday, March 17. Kenny, Tim, the SC captain, and Alec competed against Middletown and Catonsville high schools. It was a hard fought match and the boys put out a valiant effort, but were regrettably defeated in the final round. On September 24, 2011, The Boys Latin School and Chesapeake High School lost to the SCHS It's Academic Team.
