Students in fourth and fifth grade volunteer as media assistants in the morning and afternoons. Students are responsible for straightening shelves, checking in and out books, routing magazines, shelving and processing books, and making deliveries. Interested students can pick up an application from Ms. Boggs.

Parents can volunteer regularly in the media center or just drop in to put some books away. We need parent volunteers to help check in and out, shelve books, assist students, process materials, and to help with a variety of other tasks. We are looking for a parent or two who would like to learn how to do video editing for our weekly news show WMUNK News. Please call or drop by the media center if you are interested in becoming a parent volunteer.
