Northwest Middle School is located in northwestern Carroll County and serves approximately 650 sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. This Web Site is designed to give the students, teachers and parents of Northwest Middle School an opportunity to share information about school events, general information and student accomplishments.

Northwest Middle School will ensure the highest level of success for each student by providing a quality program that meets individual academic, physical, social, and emotional needs.


This is an image of our new AlertNow Communication System.


The Carroll County Public School System is now using the AlertNow Rapid Communication Service to provide parents with information from their child's schools and the school system.  AlertNow replaces eSchoolnewsletter and is capable of delivering both e-mails and phone alerts at no charge to parents.  You do not have to sign up for the new system.  All information is taken from emergency procedure cards.  We are excited about the new capabilities AlertNow offers and believe it will greatly enhance our communication with parents and our school communities.
