Meet the Counseling Staff
New Windsor Middle School Counselors, Mrs. Rachel Hiner and Mrs. Noel Whitfield provide a comprehensive guidance program in order to help their students reach their potential. Mrs. Hiner is at NWMS full time and concentrates on working with students in grades 6 and 8, while Mrs. Whitfield is at our school half time and concentrates on 7th grade students.
