Administration

Mrs. Dolch, Principal, attended Western Maryland College. She received her Masters Degree at Washington College. She taught Government at NC in 1998 then spent four years at FSK as Assistant Principal. We thank FSK for sending her back to us.

Mr. Fischer, Assistant Principal (9th & 10th Grade, North Carroll Students)  a, is no stranger to North Carroll High School.  He began his career here as a science teacher before moving to Winters Mill High School as the science department chairperson.  He earned his BA in biology from Western Maryland College and his MS in school administration from McDaniel College. He currently attends the University of Maryland, College Park where he is working on an advanced degree.
 
 Mr. Hopkins, Assistant Principal (9th & 10th Grade, Manchester Valley Bound Students), 
Mr. Laczkowski, Assistant Principal (12th Grade), attended Bloomsburg State College where he received his BS. He received his MLA from Western Maryland College and assorted other credits for principal certification at WMC. He worked at Westminster High School (1979-1998) and Liberty High School (2000-2002) as well as North Carroll High (1998-2000 and currently) as well as Glenelg (1972-1979) in Howard County. Formerly an English teacher, he became an assistant principal in 1990 and his two years at Liberty were spent as principal of that school.

 

 
Ms. McCauslin, Assistant Principal (11th Grade). Before coming to North Carroll Ms. McCauslin previously taught business at Francis Scott Key for eight years. She also coached boys’ track and field. Her BS in history was received from Frostburg State University and her MS in educational philosophy was earned from Loyola College of Baltimore.
