Ms. Hirsch, School Counselor (A-G) earned a bachelors in science at Towson State University and a masters in school counseling at McDaniel College. She is also certified as a school administrator. She began her career as a science teacher at Sykesville Middle and then became a School counselor there. She was part of the original staff at Oklahoma Road Middle before joining North Carroll HS. Mrs. Hirsch  is the counseling department's chairperson.

Ms. Cunningham, School Counselor (H-O), Before coming to North Carroll as a School counselor, Ms. Cunningham worked for 17 years as a vocational rehabilitation specialist for individuals with disabilities . She attended Frostburg State College where she earned her B.S. and McDaniel College where she received her MS in Counselor Certification.

Ms. Kraft, School Counselor (P-Z) earned her bachelors from the University of Maryland College Park in education and family and consumer science (FACS). She earned her masters in school counseling from McDaniel College. She began her career at NCHS, teaching FACS for 16 years before becoming a School counselor.

Mr. Shrader, Support Counselor earned bachelors in sociology and anthropology from Towson State University and his masters in community counseling from Western Maryland College. He spent 12 years with the department of juvenile services as a case manager prior to coming to CCPS.

Ms. Mason, Registrar, is a graduate of South Carroll HS although she did attend NCHS for her junior year. She graduated from UMBC.
