Mrs. Kim Dolch, Principal.

Mrs. Dolch attended Western Maryland College. She received her Masters Degree at Washington College. She taught Government at NC in 1998 then spent four years at FSK as Assistant Principal. We thank FSK for sending her back to us.

 Ms. Gina Felter, Assistant Principal.

Ms. Felter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Management/Pre-Veterinary Science from Virginia Tech, Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Towson University and Administration and Supervision I Certification from McDaniel College. Ms. Felter taught 7th-grade life science at Sykesville Middle School, 6th-grade environmental science at Carroll County Outdoor School and Biology, ecology and science research at Francis Scott Key High School. 

Mr. Scott Lavender, Assistant Principal.

Mr. Lavender has a B.S. in Public Administration from George Mason University and an M.S. in Human Resource Development/ Educational Leadership from Towson University. Before coming to North Carroll, Mr. Lavender served as Assistant Principal at Liberty High School and taught as a special education teacher in Howard County and New Jersey.

Mr. Troy Warehime, Athletic Director/Facilities

A graduate of North Carroll, Mr. Warehime has worked at NCH as either a coach, teacher, or athletic director since 1988. He earned his BS in physical education from Davis & Elkins College and his MS in physical education from McDaniel College. He is a NIAA certified master athletic administrator.
