North Carroll High School is part of the Carroll County Public School System. It is a comprehensive high school in the Hampstead area. Located on Panther Drive, it serves the north east community of Carroll County. It has a functional capacity of 1200 students and currently serves over about 1025 students.  The mascot is the panther, and the school colors are red, white, and black.

• DATE CHANGE - Buffalo Wilds Wings SECOND ROUND - Wednesday, February 17, 2010 from 11 AM to 10 PM. You must bring this certificate to help our athletic boosters win this round!

• Yearbooks can continue to be purchased online at www.jostensyearbooks.com for $52.

• Winter Dance Ticket Information - Tickets for the SGA's Winter Dance go on sale February 8th through February 12th during all lunch mods and before or after school.  The dance will be held at NCHS on February 20th from 8PM to 11PM.  A minimum number of tickets must be sold in order to hold the event. DO NOT WAIT TO BUY YOUR TICKETS! Cost of the ticket is $10 per person.

• The North Carroll Ensemble will be offering Singing Valentines once again this year on Sat. Feb 13th.  The cost is $30 and the Ensemble will personally come out in their red costumes and serenade your loved one with 2 special love songs.  Singing Valentines can be sent anywhere, to your home, a place of work, etc.  So surprise your loved one with a one of a kind present. If you are interested in booking a Singing Valentine, contact Jenny Woo (Dan Woo's mother) at 410-751-6068 or email at samwooclan@gmail.com

• ATTENTION SENIORS - Senior Prom tickets will be on sale from April 7th to April 21st during all lunch mods and before or after school. The dance is at M & T Bank Stadium on May 1st from 8PM to 11PM. There will be no parking at the Stadium for students. Buses will be provided, but students must sign up to assure a spot. No tickets will be sold after April 21st.  Cost of the ticket is $40 a person.

• ATTENTION JUNIORS - Junior Prom tickets will be on sale from March 22nd to April 1st during all lunch mods and before or after school. The dance is at the Eisenhower in Gettysburg, PA on May 8th.  A sit-down dinner is provided with cost of the ticket.  Times for the dinner and dance are TBD. Buses will be provided, but space is limited, so students are encouraged to sign up ASAP.  No tickets will be sold after April 1st.  Cost of the ticket is $35 a person.

• On Friday evening January 29th the NCH boys and girls basketball teams host  Manchester Valley High School.  NCH will donate all gate receipts to help find a cure for cancer.  We are selling pink bracelets for a $1.00 donation. See Ms. Peterson in the main office for a bracelet.  Thanks in advance for your support.

• Basket & Vera Bradley Bingo on Friday, Feb 5th - Doors at 5:30 PM and games at 7PM. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door.  Support the Choral Boosters.  For tickets please call Holly Brothers at (443) 677-4451 OR email your request to nchschoralboosters@hotmail.com.  For information call Margie Cronhardt (410) 239-9761. Admission includes 20 regular games, each seat must have a ticket. Light refreshments will be available for purchase.  See you there!

• Parking Permits are on sale in the main office: Any Junior or Senior who wishes to drive and does not have an obligation will be sold a permit for $20.  You can fill out your permit in advance by printing the form here.

• The Athletic Boosters meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the media center at 7 PM. All NC Sports parents and supporters are invited to attend.
