North Carroll High School is part of the Carroll County Public School System. It is a comprehensive high school in the Hampstead area. Located on Panther Drive, it serves the north east community of Carroll County. It has a functional capacity of 1200 students and currently serves over about 1025 students.  The mascot is the panther, and the school colors are red, white, and black.

•  Underclass final exams will run from Monday, June 7th through Thursday, 10th.  Students and parents requesting to miss an exam day should be aware that exams may not be scheduled early.  Students must return to take exams after any planned absence.  Monday, June 7th - Mod 3 A/B, Tuesday, June 8th - Mod 3, Wednesday, June 9th - Mod 2 & 4, Thursday, June 10th - Mod 1.

  • Incoming 9th Graders - We are holding open houses this summer on Thursday, August 5th and Tuesday, August 10th.  9AM to 12 Noon. National Honor Society members will be available for guided tours. Students can trace their own schedules!  See you there!

  • Parking Permits are on sale in the main office: Any Junior or Senior who wishes to drive and does not have an obligation will be sold a permit for $20.  You can fill out your permit in advance by printing the form here.

  • Attention Parents and Students- read an important announcement about turnitin.com use in CCPS here.

  • The Athletic Boosters meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the media center at 7 PM. All NC Sports parents and supporters are invited to attend.

  • Free and Reduced Lunch - applications available in main office. You may apply at any time throughout the year if household income or status changes.

All NCH Fall Sports tryouts begin on August 14th or 16th.
