Green Day
As part of the service activities sponsored by Manchester Valley as part of our Green Day, students worked with Mrs. Dennis in the media center to prepare stories, crafts and games about recycling. Kindergarten, First and Second Grade students from Ebb Valley Elementary had fun hearing stories and playing games about recycling and making their very own "litter bugs" out of recycled materials. Great job Mavericks!
Cocoa House!
April was School Library Media Month and Manchester Valley, along with all schools in the North Carroll Community, promoted reading and libraries with our 2nd Annual Cocoa House.
With almost 200 guests attending, and over 40 student volunteers, everyone had great fun with read alouds, face painting, juggling, balloon animals and lots of chocolate! Even the Manchester Valley Maverick joined in the fun!
