The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the Twenty-second Annual Outstanding Teacher Awards. Outstanding Teacher Awards recognize the men and women of the Carroll County Public School System who represent excellence in the teaching profession.
Parents & Students are urged to nominate teachers who have made a difference in their life or a student’s life.
