Below is the Eisteddfod COUNTY WIDE Rehearsal Schedule for the students who were selected to participate. These dates are MANDATORY for participants.
· March 21 rehearsal will be held at Shiloh MS from 6:30-8:30.
· March 27 rehearsal will be held at Westminster High from 6:30 – 8:30. The finale will be rehearsed with the high school chorus that evening.
· March 29 rehearsal will also be at Westminster High from 6:30 – 8:30 and run by the guest conductor.
· There will be an all-day rehearsal from 9:00AM - 1:30 PM with the guest conductor on Friday, March 30. There will be a lunch break for students to eat the lunch that they bring from home from 10:15- 10:45. If necessary, we will run the finale once again at 1:15. There will be a field trip permission slip sent home for this rehearsal.
Concert Attire for Eisteddfod:
A) Boys- long-sleeved white dress shirt, long conservative tie, black or navy dress pants,
black dress shoes.
B) Girls- long-sleeved white blouse or top, ankle-length black or navy skirt OR dress pants,
dress shoes- preferably no sandals, watch heel height for comfort and safety.
Spaghetti Dinner donations are trickling in-below is a list of items we’d be grateful to receive for our February 16th fundraiser:
Spaghetti noodles, plain or original recipe spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese, croutons, disposable plates, cups, napkins, and flatware in Valentine’s Day colors.
Order forms for tickets are due no later than February 10th!
