Mrs. Hart-Walters holds a BS in Special Education from Penn State University and an MS in Supervision and Administration from Johns Hopkins University.  

Mrs. Jennifer Heimer || JCHEIME@CARROLLK12.ORG
Mrs. Heimer graduated from The College of Notre Dame of MD with dual degrees in elementary education and special education for both the primary and secondary grades. She is teaching English and Math.

Mr. Hoffman is the Special Education Supervisor. He is dually certified in Special Education and holds an Administrative Master's degree as well.
