Carroll County Board of Education approved a policy
in 1997 which calls for the infusion
of character education throughout the school environment and instructional program
in all schools.
While recognizing that parents are the primary educators of children, we strongly
believe that the
schools share a significant role in helping young people develop and reinforce
those characteristics
that support a democratic society. |
