Participants will learn how to use the voting buttons to create polls and get immediate feedback without having to read multiple email messages.
Opening a School Calendar in Outlook
Participants will learn how to use the Public Folders list to locate their school calendar and then make it a favorite for easy, side by side access to both the school and personal calendar in the Calendar View of Outlook. 
Participants will learn how to create appointments, add attendees and use the scheduling assistant to plan meetings.
