Carroll County Public Schools Benchmarks To assist Instructional Assistants in understanding the benchamarks for the students they are working with, a link to the CCPS benchmarks has been provided. Please work with your cooperating teachers when using these benchmarks to meet the needs of the student. Carroll County Public Library has an awesome program called Smarthinking. It is a 24 hour 7 days a week program, with the ability to email questions and get an immediate response. Although, this program is for students with library cards only, it is important that we know of this program as well to be able to point our students in the right direction for extra help at home.
