Special Education Citizens Advisory Council (SECAC)
The Carroll County SECAC is a committee established by Carroll County Public Schools to seek meaningful input from parents, community partners, service providers, educators, and administrators on local issues about the achievement of students with disabilities. This collaboration enables the director of special education to make positive changes in the delivery of special education serivces. It is time for the 4th Annual SECAC Awards Night. On Tuesday, April 17, 2012 we will gather at the Carroll County Career and Technology Center to celebrate all of the wonderful ways in which CCPS staff, community members, agencies, and individuals support and promote inclusive practices for students with disabilities.
If you know someone you feel should be recognized for their work on behalf of students with disabilities, please use the nomination form below. All entries must be received by March 9, 2012.
