Title 1

Title 1, formerly called Chapter 1, is a federally funded program designed to help children improve their achievement in the integrated language arts and mathematics. The goals of the Title 1 program are to help children succeed in the regular educational program, attain and maintain grade level proficiency, and improve achievement in basic and more advanced skills.
