Prekindergarten Schools
There are currently eleven prekindergarten sites in the county:
- Ebb Valley Elementary
- Eldersburg Elementary
- Elmer Wolfe Elementary
- Linton Springs Elementary
- Parr's Ridge Elementary
- Robert Moton Elementary
- Runnymede Elementary
- Sandymount Elementary
- Spring Garden Elementary
- Taneytown Elementary
- William Winchester Elementary
As CCPS attempts to place classes where they are most needed, the number of classes will grow. The placement of school sites may change from year to year.
What if my home school does not have Prekindergarten?
Children may attend one of these regional sites for Prekindergarten even if that would not be their home school for grades K-5. Prekindergarten is not available in every Carroll County elementary school. Additional sites may be added as needed or sites may change based on documented needs.
