Fine Arts
The mission of the Fine Arts Programs in the Carroll County Public Schools is to equip the students with the ability to develop their skills and aesthetic appreciation throughout their educational experience so they understand that the arts are a seamless part of their lives and the world around them. Students will have the opportunity to explore and develop their abilities in the Fine Arts through a variety of mediums and modalities. The Fine Arts instructional programs will be designed to support success for all students in reaching the content and achievement standards in the arts established by the state of Maryland.
