Parents are a very important part of the Career Connections Program.  Often times, it is the parent who encourages their student to participate in an internship opportunity as a means of exploring a career field. 

In addition, parents are excellent resources.  We welcome parents to play an active role in the career development process at FSK.  You have a great wealth of insight and experience that we would love for you to share with our students.

Here are a few of the ways you can get involved:

• Participate in FSK's Annual Mock Interview Day (spring)
  
• Encourage your employer to sponsor a student for Job Shadow Day
  
• Consider employing an intern through the Career Connections Program
  
• Be a guest speaker during a Career Day/Event
