  TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Transcript requests must be submitted in writing and include the student name  while attending FSK, date of birth, year of graduation and the address of where the transcript is to be sent.  There is a $5 charge for graduates; current students can request up to 3 transcripts without charge and then $1 for additional requests.  Please allow 7-10 days for transcript requests to be processed.
 
Transcripts requests for year 1999 or earlier must be sent to 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157 Attn:  Student Services.  The cost is $5.  Please allow 7-10 days for processing.

My College Quickstart on collegeboard website– is a program for students who have taken the PSAT.  Personal ID code is on PSAT score sheet. The program creates a specialized study plan for the SAT, as well as a college search tool with direct links to colleges. Very definitely worth the time.

All prospective student athletes intending enrolled at a NCAA Division I or II institution must register with the NCAA Clearinghouse in order to participate in college athletics and be recruited. Typically at student registers after their junior year. SAT or ACT scores MUST be sent directly to the NCAA. Please follows the directions on the website.
