| Picture Coming Soon | Mr. Baugher, Principal, attended Salisbury University where he earned a BS in History. He remained at Salisbury for one year as an assistant football coach, before coming to FSK as a teacher in 1991. He went on to receive a MS degree in Administration from McDaniel College in Westminster. Prior to coming to back to FSK Mr. Baugher was an Assistant Principal at Winters Mill High School and during that time served on a wide range of county level committees. From 1991 to 2005 He was a Social Studies teacher at FSK. While at FSK as a teacher he coached Varsity, JV and Freshman Football, Tennis and Varsity Lacrosse. He had been a member of many committees including the Smaller Learning Communities, and the School Improvement Team as a teacher. He advised several clubs while he was at FSK. He along with others started the FSK Lacrosse program from scratch in 1994, which within three seasons became a full-fledged Varsity Program in 1996. He is involved with community organizations and is presently the President of the FSK Youth Lacrosse Program. |
| Ms. Janowich, Assistant Principal (9th & 11th Grades), attended Salisbury University where she earned a BS in Biology. She also earned a BS in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She completed a teacher certification in Math at the College of Notre Dame (Maryland) and a MS in administration from McDaniel College. She started teaching at FSK in 1992 and served as a science teacher, math teacher, science department chair, and academic facilitator. She has been an Assistant Principal at FSK since 2006. Before her career in education, she served five years in the US Army and was honorably discharge as a Sergeant. She worked six years as electrical engineer for Westinghouse Electric. She has been happily married for 34 years and has two daughters. She spends her spare time with her husband and three dogs. | Picture Coming Soon |
| Picture Coming Soon | Mr. Fischer, Assistant Principal (10th & 12th Grades), attended Western Maryland College where he earned a BA in Biology. He continued at WMC to complete his teaching certification. Later, he earned an MS in school administration from McDaniel College. He began his teaching career at North Carroll High School before opening Winters Mill High School as science teacher and department chair. Before coming to FSK, Mr. Fischer was an Assistant Principal at North Carroll High School for three years. He has coached Cross Country at Liberty and Winters Mill and Spring Track and Field at Winters Mill. Until recently, Mr. Fischer was a Nationally Certified Emergency Medical Technician- Paramedic for Sykesville and Mt. Airy fire companies. In his spare time, he plays guitar and spends time with his brand new baby girl. |

Mr. Walker, Athletic Director/Facilities. graduated with a BS in physical education from Western Maryland College. He continued at Western Maryland College where he earned administrator certification. He has taught as an elementary physical education teacher for thirteen years and has been an athletic director for the past eleven years. Mr. Walker is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator. |

| Picture Coming Soon | Ms. Kohr, Academic Facilitator, attended Western Maryland College and earned a BA in Biology. She continued on at WMC where she earned a teaching certificate and a Master of Liberal Arts (MLA). She started teaching biology in 1990 at Liberty High School before moving to FSK in 2000. She was the assistant and varsity coach for soccer and assistant coach for lacrosse at Liberty. She has experience coaching women's soccer at McDaniel College for a number of years. She has served on numerous county and school-based committees during her time at FSK. She is currently working to complete her certification in secondary school administration. In her spare time, she trains for and runs marathons. She is currently preparing for her fourth Marathon in the fall of 2010. |
