About FSK

Francis Scott Key High School is part of the Carroll County Public School System. It is a comprehensive high school in Union Bridge, MD. Located on Bark Hill Rd., it serves the north west community of Carroll County including the towns of Union Bridge, New Windsor, and Taneytown. It has a functional capacity of 1200 students and currently serves over 1100 students.  The mascot is the eagle, and the school colors are red, white, and blue.

Mission Statement: Francis Scott Key High School serves an ever-changing, rural community, rich in tradition. As a school community, our mission is to help students as they mature intellectually, personally, and socially while inspiring them to achieve academic excellence. We recognize and value the dignity of each student. Through a diverse program of study, we provide the students with the skills and confidence to successfully address the challenges of adult life.
