All business transactions are between the individual employees and business vendors. Accordingly, the CCBOE makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, to either the business vendor(s) or to the employees, and the CCBOE accepts no responsibilities of any kind and can not be held liable in any way for any transactions between employees and business vendors. Employees are not, and cannot act as agents for CCBOE. Offers being made to CCBOE employees or agreements of any kind are not, and shall not be construed as, contracts with CCBOE. All offers and purchases are for the personal use of the employee, and obligation of payment is the responsibility of the employee, not CCBOE funds. CCBOE is tax exempt; however, the CCBOE’s exemption from tax does not extend to its employees. Accordingly, all employees are expected to pay all applicable taxes.
