Carroll County Public Schools is
utilizing a state of Maryland, Department of
Budget and Management Contract with Data Networks
for the purchase, integration, and support of
Dell PC's.
The applicable contract number is DBM#050B2800059.

Please print out a copy of the quote with the
appropriate quote number listed on the requisition.
Also, please note that $54.00 will be added
for Microsoft Office 2000 Professional to the
amount when the order is processed. CCPS is now
part of a Microsoft Select Agreement and that
component is processed through a different vendor.
The processing of the Requisition and purchase
order may take several days. There is
normally a 10-15 business day span from the point
that
Data Networks receives the purchase order until
delivery to your school. Because Data Networks
will be doing the integration and setup, it is
critical that you list your name and phone number
on the requisition so they can contact you directly
to schedule installation. They will not schedule
installation until they receive notification
from Dell that the unit has been delivered. Setup
is normally scheduled within 5-10 days of delivery.
