    Facilities Vision Statement:

    To create and maintain a physical environment that supports the needs of the instructional program, staff, students, other users, and visitors who use school facilities and grounds.

    Carroll County Public Schools' Facilities Department is comprised of the Construction Department, Plant Maintenance, and Plant Operations.
