The mission of the Carroll County Public School’s Payroll Department is to coordinate and administer the compensation of Board of Education employees in an accurate and timely manner, while adhering to federal, state and local regulations.
Carroll County Public School’s Payroll Department is located on the second floor of the Winchester Building at 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Business hours are from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. The Payroll Staff can be reached at (410) 751-3050.
Payroll News
With the EAC, you can print & view current and past Paychecks and W2s. You can view leave balances, tax information, benefits and more. You may also make limited changes to demographic information and credit union deduction amounts online via the Employee Access Center! Simply log into the EAC and click on either "Demographic Information" or "Deductions and Benefits" to change items like your address, phone numbers, emergency contact info, and credit union amounts.
